Yoav Evenstein

Yoav’s mission and passion is ‘Bringing R&D to life’ – helping organizations mature their ideas from basic research to final products people love. He currently promotes this as GM – Industry & International Research Collaborations at TAD (Tel Aviv University’s AI/DS Research Center).
Within this capacity, yoav has helped shape TAD strategically and developed a new framework for Academia & Industry collaboration via TAD, called ‘Research Partner’.

Regarding ‘The Future of Humanity/AI’ – Yoav advances mass adoption of AI technologies to enhance value creation, in part by acting as Israel’s representative within ISO&IECs’ Artificial Intelligence International committee. Within this capacity Yoav also promotes awareness to societal & Ethical concerns emanating from the development and deployment of AI technologies.

Yoav is also a former Teaching-Fellow for ‘Data Science, Innovation & Strategy’ at Coller school of management, Tel-Aviv University and regularly advises Industry re Research, Product, standardization and regulation of AI.

He currently promotes this as a consultant on behalf of Microsoft as well as an analyst at Ramot – Tel-Aviv University’s technology transfer company.

Yoav is also a former Teaching-Fellow for ‘Strategy, Innovation & IT’ at Coller school of management, Tel-Aviv University.

Glenn Hamer

Glenn was previously the CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where he led the state’s business community to numerous public policy victories helping Arizona have one of country’s most competitive economies.

Mr. Hamer’s leadership on international issues makes him a sought-after participant in international trade missions. Along with critical trips to Mexico, he has joined international delegation with governors, mayors, and the U.S. Chamber include Canada, China, Israel, and the United Kingdom.

Prior to the chamber Glenn served as chief of staff to Arizona Congressman Matt Salmon, executive director of the Arizona Republican Party, legislative assistant to Sen. Jon Kyl, and executive director of the Solar Energy Industries Association. He is a Graduate of Cornell University and Arizona State University’s College of Law.

David Ya’ari

David Yaari is an American – Israeli entrepreneur, philanthropist, community organizer and activist. He is the Founding Director General of the Arizona-Israel Trade and Investment Office.

He is also the chairman of the World Confederation of United Zionists and sits on the board of Keren Kayemet LeYisrael (KKL) – Jewish National Fund (JNF). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of StellarNova,[3] an education technology company focused on STEM and on numerous philanthropic boards.

Dr. Adam Kubany

An AI and ML Ph.D. specializing in NLP and computer vision, with over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry and a track record of leading industry and academic-focused ML projects to their successful fruition.

Shir Chorev

Born and raised in Nahariya, Israel, Chorev is a former member of the Israel Defense Force’s “Talpiot” program for technological leadership, as well as a member of the famous intelligence agency, Unit 8200. Now monitoring AI, rather than humans, Deepchecks’ software continuously validates machine learning systems’ performance and stability. The company has raised $4.3 million so far from investors like Grove Ventures and Hetz Ventures.

Prior to Couchbase, Lior worked as a data platforms team manager at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) handling the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) data platforms and the ICE Data Services platforms. Lior has spent more than 30 years in the IT industry in a variety of roles: developer, dev team leader, instructor, DBA, group manager, architect, and more.
