Simon Robins

Simon Robins is a senior data scientist and analytics architect working at Nice Actimize. He has most recently been involved in bringing state of the art machine learning to Actimize’s Anti Money Laundering solutions, and previously in the realms of cybercrime and banking fraud.

Simon holds a BSc in Computer Science from University College London, and an honors track MBA from Ben Gurion University.

Tom Livne

Bio

Tom possesses vast experience with every aspect of the tech startup lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on SaaS business models.

Before founding Verbit, Tom was the Co-founder of AppInsight Inc., a mobile application security startup. Prior to that, he served as an associate at LeumiTech, a leading technology banking group.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Business Administration concurrently with is Bachelor and Masters of Laws (Cum Laude). He received his MBA specializing in High Tech Management and Entrepreneurship.

Lia Cromwell

Lia is the investment team member based in Tel Aviv. Previously, Lia worked in financial research at CreditSights, a New York-based boutique firm, where she worked in the TMT group covering US and European Media.

Prior to this, Lia also worked at FiscalNote, a legal tech startup in Washington DC; and interned at equity crowd funding company OurCrowd in New York. Lia holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and speaks fluent Spanish.

Avi Eyal

Bio

Avi is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years experience in technology (software, hardware, mobile and internet) and finance related businesses.

Avi graduated with a BSc. Engineering from the University of Natal in South Africa and went on to be a founder / co-founder of eight ventures in South Africa, Europe and the USA, all of which were exited successfully to private equity, acquirers or via IPO’s.

In 2010, Avi received the Johnnie Walker Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Today Avi serves on a number of boards of technology and finance companies, assisting them with the challenges of growing their businesses.

Koen Vandecaveye

Koen Vandecaveye is Innovation & Life Sciences Lead at London & Partners, the Mayor of London’s official promotional agency.

In this role, he is working on promoting London as a hub for Artificial Intelligence as well as convening and connecting the local and international AI ecosystems.

He has supported over one hundred tech companies successfully expand to London, especially from China, Israel and the Nordics. Koen also founded and co-chairs the China Working Group at Tech London Advocates, and is an advocate for LGBT+ diversity in the tech sector.

Omri Green

Bio

Omri has been leading sales and business activities globally in different companies focusing on utilities and different industry verticals.

Prior to joining Grove, Omri was leading APAC activities in Claroty (part of Team8 group) and was co-founder and Vice President of business development at ICS2. He has over a decade of experience working with Tier 1 tech companies in Silicon Valley where he led innovative technology projects in power generation, communication and wireless technologies.
