Jimmy is a German Israel-based innovation advisor and startup scout representing international corporates and investors in need for disruptive tech startups.

Before founding Innovantage Partners Jimmy worked as Innovation Lead Industry 4.0 for Deutsche Telekom in Tel Aviv. Prior to that, he also worked for Deloitte, PwC and EY.

Jimmy holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Jonathan Lavender

Helping clients with a wide range of issues while delivering cross functional solutions. Jonathan worked in the Technology practice advising new & emerging companies with their business module and raising capital for their growth.

As well as helping major technology companies expand international operations and making sure that the full range of advisory services are introduced to these clients as well as local and international tax solutions.

Oren Gershon

Oren leads the global Inference Group at Intel’s AI Products Group.

He is responsible for the Inference silicon and software product line, from definition to customer delivery.

Oren leads professional teams in strategic planning, business development, engineering and project management activities. He is experienced managing teams in development and engineering of new Intel products in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.

Previous roles at Intel included managing a Computer Vision and AI Development team and a Strategic Planning group. Prior to that Oren managed business development and strategic planning at Samsung Israel.

Michaela Blott

Michaela Blott is a Distinguished Engineer at Xilinx Research, where she is heading a team of international scientists, driving research into new application domains for Xilinx devices, such as machine learning, and hyperscale deployments.

She graduated from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and brings over 25 years of experience in computer architecture, FPGA and board design, working in both research institutions (ETH Zurich and Bell Labs) as well as development organizations.

She is strongly involved with the international research community as technical co-chair of FPL’2018, workshop organizer (H2RC’20xx), industry advisor on numerous EU projects, and serves on numerous technical program committees (FPL, ISFPGA, DATE, etc.)
