In my current position as IL Consulting Operate services leader I am responsible for driving the growth of the Operate Business by working closely with other Deloitte Business, Industry, and Offering Leaders on go-to-market activities, developing market-leading assets and solutions, expanding Operate capabilities in key markets, enabling consistent, high-quality service delivery, and delivering impact for clients.

Deloitte Operate is a high-value, transformational business across Consulting, Tax & Legal, and Risk Advisory that delivers client impact by connecting solutions, driving continuous improvement, and deploying innovation to critical business functions, processes, and technology platforms. Specific areas of focus include accelerating cloud-enabled IT modernization efforts, improving operational effectiveness, and managing an increasingly complex array of cyber risks and tax compliance requirements. Solutions include, but are not limited to, Foundry Services, Application Management Services (AMS), Cloud Management Services (CMS), Analytics as a Service, Global Tax Compliance, Global Mobility, Cyber Detect and Respond, and Identity Managed Services.
